If I want to establish myself in the residential construction jobs,which city is better Perth or Brisbane?

I want to move ,I want to work in construction mainly residential contructor as a painter,which city is better Perth or Brisbane?

1. I would have to say Perth. We have a strong economy thanks to the mining industry. More people coming here, means more accomodation needed
2. I think Brisbane.. because its one of big city in Australia and also its easy for you to go to Melbourne, Sydney and Canberra. Ciao
3. Perth would have more work as it is a booming city. Brisbane is more of a built city with less development happening. Another option would be NSW, here in Wollongong we are growing rapidly so there would be plenty of work in the residential construction trade.
